Re: Registration Closes Friday for Commencement Activities
Register for Commencement Events by May 22
Graduating students and their guests are invited to join various Commencement celebrations on June 11 and June 12 at the Athenaeum. The last day to register for these events is this Friday, May 22. Graduate students and guests can join the Graduate Studies Celebration Luncheon, and fourth-year undergraduates and guests are invited to the Senior Graduation Banquet. Following the ceremony, all graduates and their families are invited to attend the Post-Commencement Luncheon.
Regalia Pickup on June 3
Students who have ordered regalia can pick it up outside the Caltech Store on June 3. Caltech's office of Career Achievement, Leadership, and Exploration (CALE) will be on hand to distribute regalia and learn about your post-graduation plans. Snacks, photo opportunities, and a special gift will be provided to all graduates (including those who did not order regalia).
Accessibility and Accommodation for Graduating Students
The Commencement event site will include a ramp to and from the stage for graduates using wheelchairs, scooters, or similar devices. Additional accommodations can be arranged by request. Students are encouraged to reach out in advance to [email protected] or [email protected]. Large-type event programs are also available upon request, and live captioning will be displayed on the event screens on Beckman Mall.
