Re: Preparing for Commencement
Commencement is just around the corner! We are looking forward to celebrating the achievements of all graduating bachelor's, master's, and doctoral candidates on Friday, June 12. To help plan and prepare for the big day, here are some important reminders.
Ceremony Details
Caltech's Commencement ceremony will take place on Friday, June 12 at 10 a.m. on Beckman Mall. No tickets are required; guest seating is on a first-come, first-served basis. More information for guests can be found on the Commencement website.
Register for Commencement Events before May 22
Graduating students and their guests are invited to participate in Commencement events prior to and following the graduation ceremony. Graduate students and guests can join the Graduate Studies Celebration Luncheon; graduating seniors and guests are invited to the Senior Graduation Banquet. Following the ceremony, all graduates and their families are invited to attend the Post-Commencement Luncheon at the Athenaeum. Advance registration online is required by May 22.
Regalia Pickup on June 3
Students who have ordered regalia can pick up their regalia outside of the Caltech Store on June 3. Caltech's Career Achievement, Leadership, and Exploration (CALE) will be on hand to distribute regalia and learn about your post-graduation plans.

Graduating students, please take a moment to complete the post-graduation survey. The information helps us better assist other students, postdocs, and alumni, and informs our services and programs.
