Caltech Graduate Photo Upload
Use the form below to upload your cap and gown photo by May 31.
Please note that all graduating students will have a slide displayed during the ceremony with their name and degree information, even if no Graduate Information Form or photo was submitted.
If you did not submit the original form and provide a mailing address for your diploma, the Registrar's Office will contact you later this summer so you may provide your diploma mailing address.
If you submitted the original form and asked to have your diploma held, please contact the Registrar's Office when you know your mailing address for mid-August. You may also let them know that you would like to pick up your diploma in person, Pick-up will be available when their office reopens to the public.
If you did not submit the original form and provide a mailing address for your formal commencement invitation, the President's Office will use the most current address they have on file.
