Senior Graduation Banquet
6:00-8:00 p.m.
The Athenaeum
The graduating seniors will host a banquet for their families and friends immediately following the President's Garden Reception.
If your plans change at the last minute, and you find you must cancel all or part of your reservation, please notify the Commencement Office via email or phone, 626-395-2352. We will be able to refund cancellations made prior to May 17; unfortunately, however, we will not be able to refund cancellations occurring after May 17.
Seating at the banquet will be assigned by the senior class co-presidents. You will receive your table number at the reception before dinner, or at dinner. Early reservations are important, since that will permit us to try to honor your seating request.
Commencement Concert
8:30 p.m.
Ramo Auditorium
Graduating seniors, joined by fellow members of Caltech's instrumental and choral ensembles, will present one last concert for friends and family before leaving Caltech. Please check back here in early June for the concert program.
No tickets or reservations required.

Photograph of BS candidates of 2013

Parsons-Gates
A group photograph of all students receiving their BS degree in 2013 will be taken at the steps of Parsons-Gates. Please show up promptly at 8:45 a.m. in your cap and gown if you wish to be included in this photo.
Commencement Exercises
10:00 a.m.
Beckman Mall
Speaker: Dr. Mary Sue Coleman, President, University of Michigan
No tickets or reservations are required, and there is no limit on the number of family or guests you invite.
Parking is available in lots and structures throughout campus at no charge. Parking limits on surrounding streets are lifted on June 14.
Please note that the site of these exercises is in the direct sun and the weather is usually hot. You may want to bring a hat or wear sunscreen. In the unlikely event of a major rainstorm, the event will be moved inside.
Water coolers will be available along the Beckman Mall during the exercises. For other refreshments, please go to the Café at Broad (Building 96), Chandler Dining Hall (Building 52), or the Red Door Café (Building 51). See campus map for building locations.

Following the ceremony, Caltech's Faculty Club, the Athenaeum, will serve a luncheon for graduates, their families and friends.
Tickets for this event only will also be available for purchase at the Information Booth just prior to and during the Commencement ceremony on June 14th. They can also be purchased on the Olive Walk by the Athenaeum following the ceremony.
Again, if your plans change, you must notify the Commencement Office on or before May 17. We cannot refund your money after May 17.

Graduate Studies Celebration Luncheon
11:30 a.m.
The Athenaeum
Hosted by The Office of the Dean of Graduate Studies.
The Office of the Dean of Graduate Studies, together with graduate student advisors and option representatives, will host a luncheon for students who are earning graduate degrees on Thursday, June 13, at the Athenaeum. We look forward to enjoying a wonderful afternoon with you and to honoring the recipient of the Dean's Award over lunch.
Family members and friends are encouraged to accompany the graduate student. The event will begin at 11:30 in the morning. There will be no charge for students graduating with their MS or PhD.

Seating at the lunch will be open and larger parties are encouraged to arrive early in order for all members of the party to sit together.
